The Pilipino American Community Endeavor (PACE) Board of Directors provides leadership, oversight, and strategic direction to ensure this nonprofit fulfills its mission and serves the community effectively. They help guide fundraising, approve budgets, and support programs that preserve culture, empower families, and promote civic engagement. 

PACE's Department Chairs manage daily operations, implement programs, and lead teams to meet the organization’s goals. These leaders translate the board’s vision into action by overseeing specific areas like cultural events, outreach, education, communication, and finance. 

Advisory Council members provide insight and guidance on community issues, supporting the Board of Directors and Department Chairs with informed perspectives. While they are not involved in day-to-day operations, they offer strategic input and serve as a trusted sounding board to help shape thoughtful, community-centered decisions.

Our staff members are everyday community event members that help carry out programs and services running smoothly. Guided by department leaders, our staff engage directly with the community, support events, and ensure the organization’s mission is reflected in every activity.
