1. Follow Traffic Guidance
Event staff and volunteers will be directing traffic—please follow all cones, signs, and instructions for a smooth flow in and out of the venue.
2. Arrive Early
Parking lots may fill up quickly. We recommend arriving 30–45 minutes early to allow time for parking and walking to the event entrance.
3. Carpool When Possible
To reduce congestion and help everyone find spots faster, please consider carpooling with friends or family.
4. Designated Parking Areas
Use only marked parking spaces. Do not park in fire lanes, grass areas, blocked driveways, or in the drop-off zone directly south of the venue. Unauthorized vehicles may be towed at the owner’s expense.
5. Accessible Parking
Handicap-accessible parking is available in each parking garage. A valid state-issued placard or license plate is required.
6. Drop-Off Zone
A short-term drop-off and pick-up zone is available near the entrance for guests who need closer access. Please do not leave vehicles unattended.
7. Oversized Vehicles
If you are driving a van, RV, or trailer, please use the designated overflow or large vehicle area as directed by parking staff.
8. Respect the Neighborhood
If nearby streets are open for overflow parking, please be courteous to residents—avoid blocking driveways or mailboxes.
9. Stay Safe and Aware
Drive slowly in all parking areas, watch for pedestrians, and keep children close when walking to and from the event.
10. Leaving the Event
When exiting, please follow staff directions and be patient. A high volume of vehicles will be leaving at once, and safety is our top priority.
Helpful Tips
Bring sunscreen, water, and comfortable shoes—some lots may require a short walk.
Bundle up! Weather is projected to be between 32-56°F (2-15°C), make sure to stay warm.
Take a quick photo of your parking area or note the row/section for easier return.
If you have any questions, please reach out to our PACE booths on-site.
